How to Purchase

You do not have to create an account to purchase from this site. You can purchase items using the 'Guest Checkout'.

WorldPay AVS Advanced Security Check Matching

*Orders for all users both Guests and Registered must be Invoiced to the Card Holder address you provide to WorldPay.
This is not done to be unhelpful or because we are old fashioned, it helps to prevent card fraud.
Whilst this is a real pain for some, please remember it only affects the Invoice address, you can still select a different delivery address.

We may at any time ask for proof of Identity to be sent to us prior to despatch of orders, orders may be cancelled if you do not provide when asked for sufficient proof of Identity.

Please be careful! This website is case sensitive when entering Log-in user names and passwords, avoid using full stops, commas or symbols.

If you are prompted you will need to activate low risk Third Party Cookies for your browser to remember user names and to use the basket system this site operates.

Using the Guest Checkout

  1. Place your items in the 'Cart' and proceed to the 'Checkout'.
     
  2. At the first checkout screen select 'Guest Checkout' - then click 'Continue'.
     
  3. Enter your name and address details* in the boxes provided ensuring all boxes marked with an asterisk are completed (we need these details to know where to send your order).
    Please select your 'Business Type' from the list.
    Once you have selected your Business Type and made sure all boxes marked with an asterisk have been completed - then click 'Continue'.

     
  4. You can now select the delivery options available for your order, please only select the 'Collect in Store' option if you intend to collect your order.
    You can leave a message in the 'Add comments about your order' box provided should you need to add anything we need to know or do - then click 'Continue'.

     
  5. Now you can select the payment method for the order.
    As the 'Add comments about your order' box is still available you can add extra text if you wish, e.g. - 'Collecting Friday the 10th', etc.
    Once you have reviewed your order click the 'I agree to the Terms of Service' check box, (you may wish to read these terms and conditions) - then click 'Continue'.

    If you require your orders to be sent to a different address* - de-select the check box next to 'My billing and delivery address is the same' - regardless if you have or have not de-selected the check box - then click 'Continue'.

  6. If you have de-selected the check box enter your alternate delivery address* details in the boxes provided, ensuring all boxes marked with an asterisk are completed - then click 'Continue'.
     
  7. Please review the order once again to make sure there are no mistakes - then click 'Confirm Order'.
     
  8. You now will be taken to the 'WorldPay' secure payment portal to enter your card payment details, once this has been completed and your payment has been authorised, your order is now completed.
    We will contact you via e-mail when the order is being processed and when it has been despatched for delivery.

    If you get re-directed to the site by WorldPay – click ‘Continue’ to return to the home page.

Creating an Account.

By creating an account you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order's status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.

  1. Place your items in the 'Cart' and proceed to the 'Checkout'.
     
  2. At the first checkout screen select 'Register Account' - then click 'Continue'.
     
  3. Enter your name and address details in the boxes provided ensuring all boxes marked with an asterisk are completed (we need these details to know where to send your order).
    Please select your 'Business Type' from the list.
    Click the 'I agree to the Terms of Service' check box, (you may wish to read these terms and conditions).

    If you require your orders to be sent to a different address* - de-select the check box next to 'My billing and delivery address is the same' - regardless if you have or have not de-selected the check box - then click 'Continue'.
